Keppoch Mountain
Keppoch Mountain offers 40 KM of all-season trails for mountain biking, off-road cycling, snowshoeing and more. Aside from trails, Keppoch features a full 18-hole disc golf course, along with a bouldering and rope obstacle course, as well as access to Cameron’s Lake. Day passes, yearly memberships and rentals are available at this location for accessing the trails, activities, and equipment.

Antigonish Landing Trail
A 4 km trail along Antigonish Harbour. Along this trail are elevated structures which offer beautiful views overlooking the water. This is an ideal place for a calm and quiet walk. The trail can also be used for biking. Additionally, there is easy access to the water for kayaking or canoeing.

Antigonish Golf Club
A beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course and driving range located on the outskirts of Antigonish.

Activities: 18-hole course, driving range.
Amenities: Washrooms, parking, push and electric cart rental, full-service clubhouse offers breakfast, lunch, and light dinners.

Beaver Mountain Provincial Park
A 6km trail system with both paved and unpaved trails located in James River with beautiful views of Antigonish.
Location: 472 Beaver Mountain Road.
Activities: 6km trail system for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and walking. Covered picnic area available.
Amenities: Parking, picnic areas, freshwater taps, vault toilets, rest areas, interpretive kiosks with details of the park.
Pomquet Beach
A 3km sand beach, which is supervised during the months of July and August. A unique feature of this beach is a Mobi-Mat installation which makes the area wheelchair-accessible.

Browns Mountain
An impressive 4km trail that guides you to a miraculous 50 ft waterfall. Not only is this a great place to fully immerse in nature as you hike or bike, but the ATV trail allows for snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter as well.

Cape George Lighthouse
The location of this lighthouse provides excellent views of St. Georges Bay. On a clear day, it is possible to see Cape Breton and PEI. This site is also one of the trailheads for the Cape George hiking trails.

Arisaig Provincial Park
Arisaig Provincial Park overlooks the waters of the Northumberland Strait. By following the 1.6km of trials, there are numerous access points to the beach, as well as viewing stations. This park is known for its fossils, shore access, and geocaching.
