Welcome to Customer Hub
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new online No-Room-Fee booking platform, Customer Hub, designed to streamline the process for our internal campus colleagues for requesting & reserving university spaces for meetings, training, and additional classroom usage outside of their regularly scheduled classes. Customer Hub is a cloud-based platform that is connected to KX and will function in parallel to Kx Conferencing. Customer Hub is the replacement to KxCalendar and this new online platform will allow you to book those No-Fee-Room spaces 12 months of the year.
Customer Hub offers features such as real-time room availability and automated confirmations. This change aims to improve efficiency and accessibility, making it easier for our internal StFX faculty & staff to check room availability on campus, make No-Room-Fee bookings and manage their own No-Room-Fee bookings more efficiently through their own personal Customer Hub Dashboard.
Please note:
- Requests for classroom space cannot be confirmed during the first two (2) weeks in the Fall and Winter terms. If your request takes place during this time, a location will be confirmed 24 hours before the start time of your booking.
- Academic related booking requests to be held during the first semester can be submitted through Customer Hub starting in August.
- If you have a request for a space with additional support requirements/services (i.e. AV/tech, catering, a change to furniture set-up, custodial cleaning, etc.) and/or if your request will be revenue generating, we ask that you continue to email the Conferences & Special Events team at @email with your request instead of using Customer Hub. In your email to the Conference & Special Events team, please provide a full list of your requirements, including the date(s) of your booking/event, the start & end time of your booking, # of participants, catering requirements, potential room(s) you’d prefer to use, etc., so they may check for room availability and assign an Event Coordinator to your request.
