Biography:

Dr. Litz is Associate Professor in the Schwartz School of Business, Department of Management. He teaches courses in the following areas: Human Resource Management, International Business, International Human Resource Management, Career Dynamics, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Analysis, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Before joining St. Francis Xavier University in 2008, Dr. Litz taught Management courses at Universities in Germany including the University of Hamburg and Konstanz University.

His research interests are in the area of Human Resource Management, Globalization, Organization Theory, Organizational Change, Corporate Regulation, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
